Agreement
These terms govern your use of MyNoList, a service operated by Fluent Spanish Express LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
MyNoList helps you record purchases you decided not to make. “Potential money kept” is an informational estimate based on prices you enter. It is not a bank balance, verified savings amount, investment result, or financial advice.
Your account and content
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and the content you add. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights required to store, process, and display it back to you.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price displayed during checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful content, or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that estimates will be accurate. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for MyNoList during the preceding 12 months, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
