Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel Premium at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Your Premium access continues through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
First-purchase refund
If MyNoList is not right for you, contact support@mynolist.com within 14 days of your first Premium purchase. We will refund that initial subscription payment.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a renewal occurred because of a technical or billing error. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines when the credit appears.
